Logging a sale takes three steps

1. Log the pair when you buy it. Style code, size, what you paid including tax, where it came from. Thirty seconds on your phone in the checkout line.
2. Mark it sold with the payout. Choose StockX, GOAT or eBay and enter the sale price; the fee is calculated. Add your label cost if you paid one.
3. Read the numbers. Profit per pair, profit this month, which platform nets the most, and which pairs are ageing out.

Common questions

How much does StockX take from a sneaker sale?

9% transaction fee (Level 1) plus 3% payment processing, $5 minimum. On a $200.00 pair that is $24.00 in fees, for a $176.00 payout. Your transaction rate drops with Seller Level, and StockX is currently waiving the processing fee for a limited time, so check the payout breakdown on each sale. How much does GOAT take?

9.5% commission plus a $5 seller fee, then 2.9% to cash out. On a $200.00 pair that is $29.10 in fees, for a $170.90 payout. Drop-off sellers skip the $5 seller fee. The GOAT fee calculator walks through it.

Is eBay cheaper than StockX for sneakers?

8% final value fee and no per-order fee when the sale is $150 or more; 13.6% plus $0.30–$0.40 below that. On a $200.00 pair that is $16.00 in fees, for a $184.00 payout. That 8% rate is eBay’s own sneaker exception; below $150 the standard 13.6% and per-order fee apply, charged on the buyer’s total including shipping. So eBay is cheaper on the fee line for pairs over $150, and FlipTracker’s analytics show whether that survives your label costs and sell-through.

Does FlipTracker connect to my StockX or GOAT account?

No. Neither StockX nor GOAT offers sellers an API, so no tracker can sync your sales automatically; anything claiming to is driving your logged-in browser session. You log each sale in a few taps, or import a CSV of past sales.
